1. Service Types

1.1 Legal Assistance Services

We offer tailored guidance for real estate transactions, including document review, contract drafting, and notary coordination.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests received later may be subject to administrative fees.

Refund Policy: For legal assistance services, you may request a refund if no work has commenced on your matter. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days. Once work has begun or documents have been finalized, services are non-refundable due to expert time commitment.

1.2 Information Products

Our digital materials include guides, checklists, and video tutorials. These are delivered immediately upon purchase.

Refund Policy: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the material has been accessed. No rescheduling applies to digital products. Approved refund credits will be processed within 10 days of approval.

1.3 Physical Goods

This category covers printed materials and sample forms shipped to you.

Refund Policy: If items arrive damaged or incorrect, notify us within 30 days. We may ask for photographic evidence. Approved claims will result in a replacement shipment or credit within 21 days. Customers must ship defective items back using the provided prepaid shipping label.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointment cancellations made more than 24 hours prior incur no penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. To reschedule, contact us as soon as possible; late requests may incur fees.
